Job Description: Accounting/Controller Team Leader

Position Overview:
The Accounting/Controller Team Leader is primarily focused on leading Accounting, Cash Management, oversight and administration of ERP system and overseeing Human Resource Service. Solid financial and accounting skills will be utilized along with a service mindset willing to assist Operations, Project Management and Estimating to detect waste and optimize results.

Knowledge and experience with Accounting, Financial Reporting and Cash Management functions. Experience that includes a broad range of Accounting and Finance leadership roles within Commercial Construction. Residential construction or project-based business knowledge would be beneficial for this role. Qualities should include attention to details, pride in your work, management skills, follow through and the ability to work within a team.
