Position Overview:
This job requires getting things done quickly, accurately and safely; handling a variety of activities within a well defined process. Attend planning meetings with Project Manager (PM’s), ensuring materials and equipment are acquired prior to project start and understanding the entire labor budget including breakdown by task. Communicate with PM on daily project progress, issues and concerns ensuring quality and scheduled completion. Opportunity to work with others while leading and mentoring the assigned field crew.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Demonstrated commercial glazing experience preferred but will train an outstanding candidate.
  • Reliable with a good work ethic.
  • Independent worker with the ability to lead and work with a field team.
  • Good communication skills with co-workers and site supervisors/customers.
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday 7am to 3:30pm with occasional overtime when needed.
  • Valid Chauffeurs license.
